1. Introduction

Welcome to TeleCare. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and telemedicine services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, functionality, and services offered on or through TeleCare.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

3. Medical Disclaimer

TELECARE IS NOT FOR EMERGENCIES.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES (E.G., 911 IN THE USA) IMMEDIATELY OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.

While our platform facilitates consultations with licensed healthcare professionals, the use of TeleCare does not create a doctor-patient relationship until you have been specifically matched with a provider and have begun a consultation.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of TeleCare, you agree to:

  1. Provide truthful and accurate medical history during consultations.
  2. Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
  3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  4. Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Payments & Refunds

Fees for consultations are displayed at the time of booking. By scheduling a consultation, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processors.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a processing fee.

We accept various insurance plans. Please verify your coverage through our portal before scheduling a visit.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TeleCare and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TeleCare.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TeleCare, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
